Water Treatment and Filtration

The journey for beverage production begins with water that is filtered and treated before being transferred into the initial 3 x 10,000L stainless steel storage tanks.

Inline Flavour Dosing

The journey continues where beverages are dosed via a computerized and automated in-line dosing pump, before heading to chiller tanks.

First Pass Filtration and Chiller Tanks

The beverage then passes through a first pass filtration of about 1 micron, before being transferred via stainless steel piping to the chiller tanks. The beverage is then chilled to 1 degree Celsius, which takes between approximately 4 hours, depending on the temperature of the beverage going in

Gas Management Systems

After the beverage is brought down to 1 degree Celsius, it passes through our gas management system where dissolved oxygen is further reduced and C02 is added. Again, all processes run through pre-fit stainless-steel piping, to provide maximum O2 control, while also offering superior microbial protection.

Absolute Filtration and Automated Cip Controls

After the gas management systems, the beverage is brought through the absolute filtration stage, bringing the beverage to less than .5 microns of dissolved matter. This is the final step before cannabis dosing and pasteurization.

Dosing and Pasteurization

After the absolute filtration stage, beverage is pumped through a proprietary dosing process, ensuring that cannabinoids are accurately added to beverages. Post-dosing, the beverage is flash pasteurized before flowing into the canning room.

Canning and Packaging

Our canning line operates at a rate of 3000 cans per hour, focusing primarily on 355ml sleek beverage cans. Once the flashed beverage is transferred to the canning room, cans are filled and sealed in an inert environment for oxygen and environmental mitigation. Labels are added inline, and cans are labeled and palleted where they are stored in our licensed and secure temperature-controlled storage facility.
